"I was disappointed that one of my 16x20 prints had a good sized defect, but your customer service corrected the problem with a new print. However, that defect could have been caught at the factory with a 2 second inspection. Also, I saw the care that you used in packing, but taping over the plastic bag that covers the print allows the print to shift at the corners, cut through the plastic and allow tape adhesive to get on the print. I was very happy with the prints and happy with customer service. Thanks "
